Who We Are
We are a group of Fibromyalgia sufferers.
Our group was set up in April 2024 by Alice with the help of Crawley Social Prescribers. Alice was soon joined by Anita, Ellie, Emma, John, Julie, Kyrstie and Pam. We are sufferers and or carers. We are based in Crawley, West Sussex and there was nothing in our community that could give us the support that we felt we needed so the Support Group was born.

Fibro Friends and Family is committed to providing a nurturing environment for individuals living with fibromyalgia. Our mission is to connect sufferers, families, and caregivers through shared experiences and resources that empower and uplift.

NEWS
We had a lovely time celebrating our 1st Birthday with a great group of people and some excellent cake.
We would like to thank Crawley Community Action and Social Prescribers again for all their help over the past year and for many years to come.
We are happy to welcome Mark onto our Committee.
We are pleased to announce we have funding from Crawley Borough Council that helps secure Fibro Friends and Family for the next 12 months to continue our support group.
